S.K. SARKAR

A Chartered Accountant in practice since 1977, Mr. S.K. Sarkar has vast experience in audit, taxation, financial consultancy, business restructuring, mergers, amalgamations, takeovers, collaborations, joint ventures,registration of foreign branches and liaison offices, international taxation, accounting, payroll & data processing services, etc. Mr. Sarkar is a sitting member of the Managing Committee of PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI). He has been Chairman of Economic Affairs, Membership Services & Development, Culture & Sports, Foreign Investment & Trade Policy, Innovation Committees as also Task Force on MSMEs. He is also a sitting member of Managing Committee of The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM), Executive Council of Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (IACC) & International Chamber of Commerce, India. He was the Regional President of IACC, NIC for the year 2011-12. He is Chairman of the Finance Committee, Quality Council of India, an arm of Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP), Ministry of Heavy Industry, Government of India, which is focused on quality improvement standards. Mr. Sarkar has appeared before the Parliamentary Standing and Joint Parliamentary ommittees, Standing Committee of the Law of Patents at WIPO, Geneva and Prime Minister’s Office on various issues. Mr. Sarkar was Independent Director in Central Coalfields Ltd., a Public Sector Undertaking and a Miniratna company, and Chairman of its Audit Committee from 2010-2013.sagittis a eleifend convallis.

Kenneth Gordon Betteridge FCCA (UK)

Qualified in England with The Certified and Corporate Accountants body and member since 1972, while working in the profession in London. That work covered general audit of Public companies, private companies and businesses. Later as member of efficiency audit team and investigatory projects, on multinational clients.Later after the Profession undertook in line financial positions including Financial Director in large multi nationals and also working at times in special projects of which some were off shore,

Retired member of New Zealand Association of Accountants ACA from 1980 to 2011.During the 80’s and 90’s, he has participated in consultancy projects, covering restructuring of companies, departments, New Zealand Government Departments and SOE’s. Since 2000 he has participated in Entrepreneur ventures, and Cross border services in Construction Industry. This including systems development and back office operations.

The location of work has taken place in United Kingdom, Texas, Ohio , New Zealand, Papa New Guinea, India. The business/ industries covered include Construction, Engineering, Agriculture, Shipping, Storage, Insurance, Retail and Wholesale businesses, Government Departments,/ SOE’s, Cross border services, and Joint Stock Banking.
